Welcome to New Insight Therapy and Wellbeing (operated by Fiona Burton, “I”, “me”, “my”). These Terms of Use and Purchase Terms apply specifically to your purchase, download, access, and use of my digital collections, courses, and audio files, including the ADHD Neurobalance Audio Collection (referred to as the “Product” or “Digital Product”) hosted via go.newinsighttherapy.co.uk.

By purchasing, downloading, streaming, or accessing this Product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access the Product.

1. Safety, Medical Disclaimer & Contraindications

  • General Information Only: The ADHD Neurobalance Audio Collection is designed for self-help, relaxation, mindset coaching, and emotional wellbeing. It is not a substitute for clinical medical advice, psychological therapy, medical diagnosis, psychiatric assessments, or prescribed medication.

  • Audio Safety Warning: This audio collection contains deeply relaxing guidance, hypnotherapy elements, and somatic tools that alter your state of consciousness. You must never listen to these audio files while driving, operating heavy machinery, or engaging in any other activity that requires your full concentration and attention.

  • Medical Contraindications: You should not listen to hypnotherapy or deep relaxation audio tracks if you suffer from epilepsy, severe dissociation, or certain severe psychiatric conditions without first consulting your doctor or qualified mental health consultant. If you choose to listen, you do so entirely at your own risk.

2. Digital Product Delivery & Technical Support

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment processing through our third-party checkout system, you will receive instant digital access to download or stream the ADHD Neurobalance Audio Collection.

  • Technical Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) and a stable internet connection capable of streaming or downloading standard digital audio files (e.g., MP3 formats).

  • Reporting Issues: If you encounter a technical glitch, duplicate purchase, or a problem accessing your files, you must contact me at fiona@newinsighttherapy.co.uk within 7 days of purchase so I can investigate and help resolve the access issue promptly.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Statutory Cancellation Waiver (Refund Policy)

  • Secure Payments: Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers including Stripe and PayPal. You agree to provide accurate and valid billing details.

  • No-Refund Policy (Digital Content): In accordance with UK consumer protection laws (The Consumer Contracts Regulations) regarding digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable. * Express Consent & Waiver: By purchasing this product and clicking to download or stream the audio content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you give your express consent to receive the digital content immediately, and you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel or request a refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use (Limited License)

When you purchase the ADHD Neurobalance Audio Collection, you are buying a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files. All copyrights, branding, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Fiona Burton.

  • Permitted Use: You may stream or download the tracks to your personal devices strictly for your own private, non-commercial self-care.

  • Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from:

    • Sharing your private download links, login credentials, or audio files with family, friends, or third parties.

    • Re-selling, copying, distributing, broadcasting, or sub-licensing the tracks.

    • Modifying the audio or using it as background music or therapeutic content in your own commercial offerings, videos, apps, or client sessions.

5. Age Restrictions & Minor Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase this Digital Product. If you are a parent or legal guardian purchasing this collection to support a young person (from the age of 11), you agree to supervise their listening, ensure they comply with the safety rules (e.g., not listening while active), and take full responsibility for their use of the content.

6. Limitation of Liability & No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiona Burton (New Insight Therapy and Wellbeing) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this audio collection.

Self-help and audio relaxation tools depend heavily on individual application and engagement. Therefore, I make no guarantees or warranties regarding specific emotional, behavioural, or therapeutic outcomes, nor do I claim that this collection serves as a “cure” for ADHD or related executive functioning difficulties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms, your purchase, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Digital Product shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
